Hi, thank you for your interest in Dustyfoot Clothing. We are small independant fashion designers and are trying to create interesting designs for you guys and girls out there who like to stand out. We are doing HONEST buisiness, every case will be taken individualy and will be judge with common sens. My actual policies are a result of a client with very bad faith who did everthing she could to rip me off with success since my policies were not bullet proof. Thanks to her , Katya Archangelska. What is written here is some rules made up for people like her, for the rest of the people we can agree on some common accord based on common sens. Thanks for your understanding.
SHIPPING POLICIES: All returned products must be marked as "returned merchandise" for custom purposes. Failure to do so will result in the client being responsible of any custom taxes on the returned product.
If, for some reason, a product is not picked up and get returned at our expenses, these charges will be the responsability of the buyer and will be subtracted in case of a refund.
We are not responsible for dalay in delivery caused by the shipping company. Once the item has been shipped in time and the tracking number has been given to the client its not in our hands anymore. In the case where the package is lost we will replace it. But we reserve ourself the time to investigate with the shipping company to know wtf happened ;)
REFUND POLICIES: We do accept returns. In order to return an item you must return it with ALL pieces and packaging. There can be no visible wear on any of the leather,fabric or hardware. Once the item is received we will proceed with refund. We keep the right to judge the amount of the refund according to rules listed in the Shop policies section and our common sens. Note that shipping fees are the responsability of the buyer and won't be part of a full refund. An amount of 10 % of the product value will be kept for packaging, managing and relisting Thanks for your understanding.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES: Items that are Made-to-Order or Custom Order are non-refundable as they have been made specifically for the client who ordered them. We are still going to consider and judge every case separately. In case of a size issue, item will be measured and compared to the measurements submitted by the client and if our work is found to be defective, we will decide if the item can be fixed and sent back or if we proceed with a refund. In case the client made a mistake in giving his/her measurements, we take no responsibility and wont proceed to a refund. Please understand that custom orders take a lot of time and a lot of investment from us. thanks
