All Mayahandmade jewelry is made out of sterling silver (925 silver) or golden bronze (rich low

brass) wire. Titanium grade 1 is used for pierced earrings, which is surgical grade. It is not an

alloy and it is specially acid cleaned and certified to meet ASTM standards for surgical implant

applications (ASTM-F67 rating which is: Standard Specification for Unalloyed Titanium, for

Surgical Implant Applications (UNS R50250, UNS R50400, UNS R50550, UNS R50700))

All jewelry is oxidized and polished to get dark patina and give all pieces deep vintage touch. As

far as metal is concerned, tarnish and patina are not the same thing. Patina is a gorgeous,

mellow, lustrous finish that should be prized. In contrast tarnish is best understood as a dull film over the metal and it does not necessarily coat the surface of a piece evenly.

Preservation wax is applied on all silver items to prevent tarnishing and discoloration over time.

Items made out of brass are protected with clear anti-tarnish coating and should not be polished. Other material used beside wire are natural semiprecious gemstones and beads.

Mayahandmade is using only nickel and lead free material.

Jewelry Care Guide:

- Treat pieces with care, store them in a moist free jewelry box or bag.

- Remove your jewelry before taking shower or bath

- You can clean your jewelry and polish silver time to time. Make warm soap bath, dip your jewelry in it and use soft brush for scrubbing. For silver use polishing cloth or piece of flannel fabric to get back its shine

Your money will be fully refunded / item will be replaced if:

You can claim a refund or replacement with photo, clearly showing damage, defects or mistaken item. If you got the package without jewelry inside, click a photo of envelope front and back + items inside (empty box...).

Your money can be refunded partially / item can be replaced also without any particular reason, after shipping jewelry back to us. You can claim a refund or replacement of items within 14 business days of the receipt date. If you decide not to collect your goods, parcel will be automatically sent back to us after 15 days. Please contact and notify us about it and we will issue a refund.

Q: Why has my jewelry not been shipped yet?
A: Jewelry that you ordered is probably made to order and it takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete. Ready to ship items are dispatched in 1 - 3 business days after cleared payment.

Q: How do you ship jewelry and how long is delivery for international orders?
A: All international orders will be shipped via registered priority mail (airmail) with tracking number. You will be able to track your parcel from your government postal website. Delivery time to most countries is 5-20 days. During holidays delays can be expected up to 40 days.

Q: It has been more than 3 weeks and I still haven't received my jewelry. What to do?
A: If you have not received your parcel in more than three weeks, please contact us and we will be happy to locate it for you. Delivery can sometimes be slow because of different reasons. Customs department can hold your mail to check it out and this can take several days. Many times parcel is already lying at the post office waiting for you to collect it. Not all postal services leave note for registered parcel, so please be sure to check if your package is with them.

Q: What will happen if my parcel is lost in transit or I get empty package?
A: Missing or stolen package can be a frustrating thing since there is no guarantee it will ever be found. We encourage our buyers to contact us if not receiving items in 25 days from shipping time. We will immediately work on your case, as quick as possible solve it and refund your money or ship new items.

Q: What about customs duty fees?
A: Customs department can hold your mail to check it out. Please note that all customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: I need my jewelry by a certain date. Can you rush my order and ship it sooner?
A: We can start to work on your order sooner and rush it, but there is no guarantee package will arrive in time since we don't have any influence on postal service work. Please contact us before placing the order if you want it to be dispatched sooner.

Q: What happens if I fail to collect my package?
A: If you fail to collect your parcel for personal reasons i.e vacation, absence etc. and if the package is sent back to us, you can either ask to resend the same, for which you are entitled for the shipping fees or for a partial refund.
Your local post office will hold your package for 15 days and then ship it back to us.
